Full Version: Husband stopped paying alimony
My husband of 20 years was ordered to pay me rehabilatative alimony for 5 years in the amount of $675.00 a month. He was also ordered to pay child support in the amount of $775.00 a month. He fullfilled his legal obligation as far as the child support and continued to pay alimony for another year. He paid alimony for exactly 3 years before stopping. He remarried and moved. I have no idea where he has gone. How can I get him to obey the court order for alimony for the other 2 years? Where do I start? Is it even possible? Our divorce was in TN, I now live in South Carolina and the last address I had for him was TN.
